Where to Start With my First Property

Dalton Vansickle
Posted

I have recently sealed a deal on my very first rental property at the age of 19 and I was able to pay cash for the house. I plan on leveraging this to buy more homes in the near future. I want to know your suggestions for getting a rental contract made up for when I am ready to rent the property in the coming month. Who should I speak with to have one made up for my property? I know this is a rookie question but after all I am a rookie. I appreciate any help and suggestions that you may have.

I might add that I am located in north Missouri.

Thanks!
