Tenant Issue with a fighting couple
I have a couple that has moved into my townhouse and every single month the are fighting. I got a call this morning that it's not working out and one of them wants to move out. They have 4 months left on their lease. How should I handle this? I am not sure if they can afford it on their own, even though they say they can. Should I start looking for new tenants? Any advice is appreciated.
