Land lease for Solar panels

Our business has recently come across an opportunity the lease out approximately 5 acres of land to a solar company for the use of a solar field. The land is directly bordering National grid power lines as well as a fenced in national grid location so it seems easy for the company to tap into the power lines. Does anyone have experience with this type of lease? We are unsure of how much we should be structuring the lease for.

Yeah I saw that in my area too. It was from a couple of months ago, and I was wondering if anyone had any new experiences.. What were the terms of the solar lease per acre and did it include any royalties??

Typically look out that they are covering the tax increases (PV panels are an improvement!) for the life of the lease. Have an attorney that is familiar with land usage look through it for sure.
