Eviction Court Hearings

Any property managers been to eviction court recently.   I sat on a zoom hearing for 2 hours observing all the cases in front of me.   The magistrate did not hear a single case, she found cause to postpone every hearing.   Is this the new normal.

I ran away from Cleveland and have all my units in Lake County and we have evicted all tenants that were trying to play the system.  I have 200 units and the Lake County Judges are tired of these dishonest people taking advantage of us owners.
