Dry wall damage approach
Hey BP, I’m a new investor, and a water pipe popped on the 2nd story! Water was coming from the ceiling and hang lights. Obviously I got some dry wall damage, some bubbling, cracks, and discoloring. Any recommendations on this problem before I start putting tenants in here?

Fix it : )
Might want to say a bit more about what this is. is this a single family home? is it a mutli family home and you own one part and someone else owns the other part? Not trying to sound snide here but if you own it all, the part where the leak initiated and where it went, fix it. Fix it all. The leak first, wait a bit, and if it is 100% fixed, repair/replace the drywall.
