Shopping for Home Owners Insurance - 4 Unit Chicago

Hi Everyone,

I have my first property under contract in Chicago and I am hoping to close soon - I am planning on owner occupying. I am at the stage where I am starting to shop around for affordable home owners insurance for a 4 unit. Please let me know if you have any good recommendations or if you yourself are an insurance broker/agent - I appreciate the help!

@Michael Johnson - Congrats on closing your first property!   That's awesome.  What area is it in?

I'll be completely honest I just use State Farm because I have all my other insurance with them it makes it pretty easy.  I do have some other specific insurance agents that probably provide a slightly cheaper price.  PM me and I can send you their contact information.
