Are there any tax benefits with FHA loan for a triplex?

I was interested in buying a triplex in Lansdale, PA; I want to live in one and rent out the other two but my loan officer told me that I need to put 25% down for a conventional loan. So the other option was FHA loan. I was thinking if there is there any benefits for FHA loan? What can you write off for taxes?
