Renting by the room?

Hi all,

I'm looking for any resources and tips on rules on rental by the room in Minneapolis, MN. I currently own a 5 bedroom, 2 (full), 1(3/4) and 1(1/2) bathroom property in Minneapolis. I'm debating on whether to rent it out by the room or just fully rent it maybe to a family. I guess my question would be how many tenants can I have on the property if i rent by the room? and how do you go about managing the tenants?  I'm working  on getting  the rental license at this time. Thanks,

@Alamin Wahila I think the city eliminated that in the 2040 plan. A phone call would be in order.
