Software recommendation needed

Hello, my friends and I currently own about 125 SFRs that we have managed by prof. property managers. We are looking into software that helps us evaluate and track the portfolio on a macro level, not necessarily the micro that the property managers themselves may use. We don't need to track daily issues with tenants, we're looking to evaluate which properties perform better than others (so it would track ROI, money in vs. expenses).

Perhaps something that tracks estimated property values, equity based on loan info. to flag us if a cash out refi may be an option, etc.

Basically something that gives us more info. as investors, to better manage the portfolio and drive better future investment decisions.
