Commercial Property Insurance Dilemma
I have a small 2 building property (1500 sq ft each, one story, concrete walls and shingle roof (new), all new electric. Originally built in late 1950s) that I rent out. One is a window treatment supplier the other is a hobbyist who does wood crafts and is restoring his small sailboat, I can't find anybody to insure the Building (I can get liability insurance but not property). Property Value maybe $200k.
Any ideas why? Or suggestions.
