What do you look for during a pet screening?

So I see a lot of people discussing pet interviews or pet screening when considering people with pets. I see it when I’m looking at rental listings too. Everywhere that’s “pet friendly” says “case by case” or “must submit to pet interview.”

So my question is: what exactly are you looking for? Because here is my scenario:

We have a one year old husky/corgi (we think. He was rescued at five weeks after the mother and littermates were hit by a truck.) he’s fully vaccinated and was completely house trained by his two and a half month mark. He will not eliminate inside under any circumstances. He doesn’t bark and doesn’t chew or scratch or destroy the house/apartment. Yes he’s a high energy breed and young but I walk him a total of about 2 hours per day and play with him inside. He’s incredibly friendly but gets super excited when he meets a person and has a tendency to jump which I’m training out of him. Would we be rejected?
