Leander Texas Water leak
Got a door knob note that water leak and high consumption in registered meter. recently rented the home. Tenant informed me. Called city and they said it might be an issue at our end. What is the general advice to address these kind of situations in a cost effective way? Whose responsibility is it to deal with this situation ? City told the consumption has not gone very high but there is some spike. Newbie landlord and operating remotely from washington. Advises are welcome on how to address this situation.
