Pest Control - Preventive care - Leander Texas

Hi. I have a 2015 built single family in Leander Texas. Bought in Nov'20. During inspection no termite etc. Planning to buy preventive pest control service. Any advice ? New landlord :) Any good company in Austin Leander area ? Is it a good idea to do termite control too ? It seems costly. Is it a good idea to pay for it from my pocket in general ?
