How to find Lawyers to review Lease Agreement Michigan

Andrea Dabrowski
Posted

Hello!!

I am about to rent out my first home, and I have a lease agreement created based off a Standard Michigan Lease Agreement I found for free online. I made additions based on concerns I want to address, and I believe the next best step is to have it reviewed by a Landlord/Tenant saavy lawyer. How much should I expect to pay? And how would I go about finding solid lawyers that understand Michigan real estate laws and common Landlord/Tenant issues (or does anyone have any recommendations)?

Thank you guys :)
