Should I leave it or keep it?

Posted

Hi everyone! So I’m currently a tenant at an apartment where there was no refrigerator supplied. I had to come out of pocket and buy my own. I’m currently on the waitlist for an apartment that’ll provide all appliances. When I get called from that complex, what should I do? Because I do plan on moving there when they call me. But I don’t want to just leave this fridge behind because it was way too expensive to do that. Should I try to convince my landlord to buy it off of me for his next tenant? Or use something like Craigslist instead? Currently the fridge is less than a year old. I’ve kept it in great condition. I even have a warranty on it with Whirlpool. What would you do in a situation like this?
