1 Troublesome tenant out of 4 in a single rental house

I am currently in a predicament where I have 4 tenants in a house.  They signed a single lease with all 4 of their names on it but a problem is arising with 1 of them.  The other tenants are complaining about his behavior and his lack of care for the property.  He is not destructive but more he doesn't pick up after himself and tends to cause the most mess.  They also reported that he alone has been smoking weed in his room which is prohibited by the state (TX) but I also have it in the lease that there is no smoking inside.  Is it possible to evict just him alone without affecting the others?  They pay on time and have been super communicative and courteous when dealing with me and I don't want to lose them all if I need to evict the one to save my property from the lingering weed smell.

Any advice is much appreciated.
