Huntsville / Madison AL tenant placement & property management

I live in California and just went under contract on a 4-bedroom, 3-year old single family home in Madison Alabama that I plan to leverage as a long-term rental. The deal closes on 5/3, and I'm looking for service providers to help market and show the property to tenants. After the tenant is placed, I'm considering self-management. So at this point, I'm looking to meet folks who can either help with: 

(1) end-to-end property management, from tenant placement to ongoing management

or 

(2) tenant placement as a standalone service, and I'd self-manage after the tenant is placed. 

Does anyone have local recommendations for (2), and if not, (1)?
