Anyone have experience with trucked in water? Mexico

Looking to build in baja in a desert area where water is trucked in no city lines or way to drill well. My buddy has already built here and it only comes to $75 average a month for trucked water. What I am trying to figure out is the logistics for getting the tank refilled while it is used as an airbnb rental. Has anyone dealt with this, will it be a mess with empty tanks and angry tenants? What are typical airbnb management costs in baja?
