Dwelling Insurance for Duplex held by LLC

Hi all,

I'm a managing member of an LLC which holds a duplex on the Jersey Shore in Belmar, New Jersey. I'm looking for an insurance company that can provide dwelling insurance for a vacation rental property held by an LLC. We do mostly short term rentals (1 month stays during the summer months, then longer term 7 month rentals for the offseason Oct - April). I tried googling insurance companies and I'm having a lot of difficulty. Most seem to not offer dwelling insurance for rental properties held by LLCs. One such company said they could only offer it if I have 4 or less tenants during a given year. Can anyone recommend an insurance company in my area that would be able to do this? How are other landlords handling this?
