Tenant Document Request
My tenant needs a document for her health insurer from the last six months that proves she has joint ownership with her partner. A rent/lease is one of the accepted forms but their current lease was signed over six months ago so she's needing something more recent. She is suggesting we all sign a new version of their lease and date it for now. I don't want to do that and I don't think that's the best way to prove she has joint ownership through our lease. Anyone ever issue any time of document like this or have a suggestion on what I could provide her that would prove as of today that she and her partner have a lease with me?
Thanks,
Hannah
