Rental prices competitive prices
I just purchased a brand new townhome and had listed as “coming soon” closing date is next Apr 8. I just found out that my next door neighbord “end unit” also listed the property for $200 less . I have the middle unit. They are both brand new construction. I am not sure if i should reduce my price or stick to it. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated thanks
