House Hacking Near Tampa, FL

Hello Bigger Pockets!

Looking for some feedback on understanding the housing area in Tampa. I live in Michigan but I have a single, mid 20’s daughter who is interested in house hacking near Tampa Fl. She recently moved there and doesn’t know the area well.

We have seen some duplexes online but I I don’t feel comfortable with the statistics in a lot of the areas where they are located.

Is there a neighborhood that offers duplexes or multi family homes anyone can recommend where we both will feel safe for her to live and cash flow?
