Landlord App/Website Reccomendations
Hey everyone,
I am a new landlord and looking to get started renting out my first property. I just closed last Friday and am now in the process of getting the property, and myself, rent ready.
I am curious if there is an app that landlords use, preferably free but I don't mind paying for quality, that you all use to collect rent from tenants? It's 2021 and I feel that physically collecting a check is outdated and a waste of time and energy. I also do not want to rely on apps such as Venmo or CashApp to collect my rent. Do you all have any suggestions?
Thank you in advance!
