occupancy affidavit Advice

Posted

I bought property in jul 2020. According to my occupancy affidavit it states as below:

– I/We will occupy the Property as my/our principle residence
within Sixty (60) days after the date of closing as stated in the Mortgage or Deed of Trust I/we
executed. I/We will continue to occupy the Property as my/our principal residence for at least
one year after the date of occupancy, unless Lender otherwise agrees in writing.

I have stayed in this house for about 8 months now. Will be staying in here for at least july 2021.

Question: If I were to refinance my property do I still have to comply with Occupancy affidavit from new lender. I am supposed to relocate to another place after Jul 2021 (at this point I have lived in the house for 1 years) and planning to use this property as investment property(rent out).
