Napa / Sonoma / Calistoga - Long Term Vacation Rentals

Hi -

The Napa region is very unfriendly to short term rentals. Has anyone purchased a home that they rent out as a vacation property for 30+ days at a time during peak season? Curious how easy it is to find renters looking for month-long stays.
