Property Management in Gary, IN

Hello all! 

I am looking to do my first single-family deal in Gary, Indian.

I first wanted to see if anyone had a reputable property management company in the area they could recommend.

Secondly, I wanted to ask about property mangle to software such as, Rentredi. The property I am looking into buying already comes with a paying tenant. Assuming this is an upstanding paying tenant, am I crazy to think that I can manage this property long distance using just a PM software and not an actual PM?
