Greetings everyone. My name is Kevin I am 19 Years old and I want to thank everyone in advance for taking their time to read what I have to say, I understand there are some of you guys with an insane number of units and i’ve been poking around taking screen shots trying my absolute best to learn from you guys.

I have been saving religiously for the past year without a job just straight up hustling gym weights and other goods to fund my current roughly 30k stock portfolio. But I want to move past stocks and move into a market that puts money in my pocket every month.

I have been looking at Dupes in really landlord friendly states on Zillow, its all been a bit meh in terms of a good deal but I am going to continue working hard on looking for a good deal.

If you have any general advice itd mean a lot. Thanks ladies and gentlemen
