Bringing value to a rental property

Hi everyone!  So I've read quite a few books from David Greene (as most of you know, his books are amazing by the way).  One of the things I always hear him talk about is bringing value.  So my question is:  Other than the obvious, such as remodeling kitchens and bathrooms.  What are your thoughts on windows.  One of my properties has old windows and I want to get them all replaced.  Does anyone have any experience with this and does it bring a good amount of value to the home?  All help is appreciated!
