Utlities Water Bills Too High

I have been a homeowner since 1993 in City of Hallandale.  We have had flooding  in our homes from hurricanes Katrina, Irma etc. My insurance company has  paid claims for thousands of Dollars $$$. No, Compensation was given from the inconvenience too our family.  

Now, City of Hallandale installed a new sewer pump system, our water bills has increased from $160.- 501 per month . We are Seniors citizens We are on a fixed income can't afford these escalated bills.
