URGENT:

I am going to look at an investment property today that I will be using house hacking for and it is a beautiful house for a good price. I have seen one unit already and today I am going to see the other unit that fortunately already has a tenant, now the house has been on the market for some time, what are the IMPORTANT questions I need to be asking my agent about this house when I go to view it today? Thank you for all the responses!

I would ask:

1. Are they any offers currently on it?

2. Does he/she think it'll sell above/below list

3. Are tenants current with rent

4. Copy of lease

5. If it's a beautiful house for a good price, why has it been on the market for sometime?? (Maybe ask to see the seller disclosure form)
