Not Renewing Inherited Tenants
Hey Team! I've recently purchased a duplex and I need to tell both renters that I won't be renewing their leases. I have to renovate to bring the property up to my standards. They both seem like nice people but since I didn't place them, I'm concerned they won't be as nice when I tell them about the non-renewal. Any tips or tricks for non-renewing inherited tenants?
