Property Management Companies outside of "Intown" Atlanta?

I'm based in Los Angeles and looking to buy my second property as an out of state investment property to find better deals. I've been looking at SFRs or Condos in Atlanta and am trying to keep it under 250k. From that price point I'm looking at more up and coming neighborhoods like Adair Park, Pittsburgh, and Mechanicsville as well as places west of Downtown Atlanta like Vine City, Bankhead etc. The problem I'm running into is that it seems like most well rated and bigger property management companies only operate in "Intown" Atlanta. Does anyone have suggestions for finding a trustworthy property manager in more up and coming neighborhoods.
