Very High Interest - Consider offers for more rent/deposit?

Hello

I listed my rently on Monday the response has been overwelming.  I have 17 scheduled showings between today and Friday.  In the area of the home there are very few homes available (3/2/1, 1400sq ft) for sale or rent and it is a growing area.  Additionally, it has been fully rehabbed and shows very well.

I have already had some leads that have offered to pay a year in advance or increase deposit.  I have also only asked for first month rent and deposit.  Should I offer that if a lead is willing to pay last month rent too, it would be looked up favorably.
