Anyone have recent experience with Royal Legal?

I did some research here on Royal Legal and ended up subscribing with them, but their follow up has been non existent.  I signed up in January and still don’t have any organization or documents in place and haven’t heard a word from them.  My research on this forum made me think that they had gotten better, but I am not sure about that.  Does anyone else have any recent experience with them?
