Water and sewer bill in Cleveland OH
I purchased my first SFH in Cleveland last month and also closed on a duplex today in the same Cleveland metro area. I see that in Cleveland when it comes to water and sewer, even if they're put in the tenant's name, they're ultimately the responsibility of the owner. And, in the event that the tenant doesn't pay, that can stick to the owner's property tax. It also appears that in Cleveland water bill comes out every 90 days. Any suggestion or comments from REI in Cleveland on how to manage water and sewer issues to avoid tenants raking up huge unpaid water and sewer bills?
