HVAC Inspection and Repair Cost in Houston TX

Hi fellow BPers, my HVAC's outside unit is making buzzing electrical noises when I turn it on. I want to get a specialist to check it and fix whatever is wrong with it. 

I'm wondering what is a good average price to expect for this in Houston TX (Katy) area? And I'd appreciate any references you have to share. Thanks in advance!
