Just did a refinance and now want to rent my house

I have a rental property and have just refinanced my personal property.  I want a single rental as I know the renters and I enjoy flipping more than renting.  My initial plan was to sell my personal property in a couple years and move to a larger house.  I have just ran the numbers and It would make significantly more financial sense to move my renters into my personal house (its bigger and higher quality) and sell the house they are renting now.  However, I just refinanced.  Can I rent the house now that I have recently refinanced?
