Seeking Corporate Housing Rental Wisdom in Denver Suburb

I’m a newbie considering renting a fully furnished four bedroom, four bath single family home as corporate housing.  I’d welcome insights into the suburban Denver market (Lakewood/Green Mountain) for such properties and networking with folks experienced in this niche.  Pros/Cons?  Options for obtaining renters.  Recommended management companies.  Etc.  Thanks.
