Im investing in the Kalamazoo, Michigan area and im looking for financial partner/Money Lender. Im from Texas so my network is limited. It seems as if the only people who responds in the FB groups are scammers, according to other in the same groups. If someone could point me in the direction to not be scammed or wnt to team up on this investment deal please reach out to me:

6bd 3 bath bringing in $2k a month

6bd/3 bh $2.2k/mth

6bd/3bh $1.8k/mth

5bd/2bh $1.6k/mth

Bringing in a total of $7.6k a month. Im asking to see if the partner want lend the $800k to get these properties. at $800k with a 5% interest over 30yrs, the monthly payment would b $4.3k a month. Private money is relationship based. Hard money is collateral based. If the numbers work with hard money, you should have no problem finding that. But, like with anything business related, you'll still have to do your due diligence to keep from being scammed. Find a local HML, ask for references, properties they've funded in the last 30 to 90 days, etc. In this business you should believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see.
