Updated almost 4 years ago,
Disclose the lone insurance claim before selling ?
Hello
I am considering selling my multi family rental and there was only one insurance claim since I bought four years ago, there was a plumbing leak for few days, the leak was identified and fixed and was later affected areas were professionally dried and restored with the help of a damage restoration company,
I had to file an insurance claim amounting up to $18k
There were absolutely no issues after that.
Is this something which needs to be disclosed before selling?Appreciate your inputs.
Thanks
