Assuming Property Manager Relationship
In the process of acquiring two multi-family properties. Both are out-of-state therefore requiring us to utilize the services of a property manager. Both already have a PM in place. Wondering if those who have done this before have "tips of the trade" in determining whether to stick with the PM in place (after interviewing) versus starting fresh? We are new to the multi-family side of rentals so open to all suggestions.
