Short term vacation rental- terminating property management compa

Hi, My husband and I decided to terminate our contract with our property manager in Flordia. The have a clause in there that states

"Unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing, following a notice of termination Property Manager will stop accepting rental reservations for the Premises for any dates occurring after the thirty (30) day notice period. Following receipt of an Owner’s Notice to Termination, Property Manager will use its reasonable efforts to transfer any confirmed reservations scheduled to arrive on dates after the thirty (30) day period, or other date agreed by the parties in writing, to another comparable priced property(s). In the event that a transfer to a comparable property cannot be accomplished, Property Manager may transfer the affected reservation(s) to a higher priced property. Owner agrees to pay Property Manager any difference
in the rental rate if Ocean Reef transfers the affected reservation(s) to a higher priced property. If another property is not available and Property Manager must cancel a reservation because of Owner’s termination, Owner will pay Property Manager any resulting expense or loss incurred by Property Manager, including but not limited to returned deposits, rental payments and credit card charge back"

We are wondering if anyone has experience with this when terminating a contract with a property manager? Any insight would be really appreciated.
