This one is for my Miami people! I want to know everyone's true opinion. What Neighborhoods in Miami-Dade are best for Rental Property Investments? I'm talking about highest ROI neighborhoods, big and small. Monthly rentals. Short term rentals. I want to hear it all!

I love west little river for rentals. But I would focus on finding the best available deal no matter the neighborhood
