I'm looking to purchase a home ASAP. Looking for highest rental yield/asking price, in an up and coming location. I'm interested in speaking with any knowledgeable person in the South Florida area who could guide me in potential deals, and who would be willing to answer my texts about potential deals during the weekend. This market is hot right now so I think this is the only way to get a solid deal, since it may be necessary to put offers during weekends.
