Recommendations for foundation leak detection in OKC

I have a property with a water leak in the foundation. HVAC vents in the floor have water in them. Tenant heard a loud pop during the freeze and now the floor is wet and HVAC lines have standing water in them.

Hoping to find a local reputable company to find the problem without breaking the bank. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure how much of this issue falls under plumbing versus foundation, but I recently had a great experience with Triton Foundation Repair in OKC. The prices are fair and they wont try to sell you something you don't need. Best of luck and let us know how it goes.
