More than one 1099 to the same contractor? Help!

First time with this issue, and I am not finding answers. I own rental property in my name, and I own rental property in an LLC (different tax ID numbers). My contractor did work in 2020 in excess of $600 on my personal rental, and the same contractor did work in 2020 in excess of $600 on my LLC rental. Do I issue 2 different 1099s to him? Thanks!

Here's the IRS ruling on 1099 issuances:

"5297 (Small Business Jobs and Credit Act of 2010) that went into effect on January 1, 2011, any person who received rental income must provide an IRS Form 1099 for all aggregate annual payments of $600 or more made to a service provider such as a plumber, contractor, gardener, carpenter or handyman."

I would issue the two 1099s since technically two different entities hired the contractor for two different properties.  It's just good record keeping...
