Hi Everyone!

I'm a new investor based in South FL looking to create a rental portfolio and flip houses in Tampa, FL. I have partnered up with a couple of family members and we are planning to start with two or three investments and go from there. Can anyone recommend any potential areas in Tampa? We would like to connect with real estate agents and investors from the area.

I'd appreciate any recommendations or insight you can give us.
