Would you let your new tenants move into this apartment?

underneath washing machine agitator

same as above

cold water inlet pipe on water heater

catch all at bottom of dishwasher

floor has come up due to water damage

Now a maintenance guy came out and told me the washer was just dirty and needed to be cleaned. All other issues were nothing he said to worry about. Blew my mind to hear that. I just moved in about a month ago and I come here asking if this is a worthy enough claim to get a new washer, maybe a new water heater and definitely some cleaning cause I'm sure that floor and wall are crawling with mold.
