Need help/advice with Screening New Tenants in the San Diego Area

My current tenant is moving out soon and I need to find a new tenants. Does anyone have a company they recommend to screen applicants? Thank you all in advance for the help.

@Habran Lara I’ve used cozy.co in the past...They were bought out by apartments.com so you should be able to go straight to the latter and get started with tenant applications/screening.
