COVID Rental Criteria

Hello!

I'm in the process of posting a vacant rental and am curious to know with the COVID moratoriums in place at this time, what alterations folks are making to their rental criteria?  We generally use a combination of employment, rental, credit reporting and legal/court histories that are positive, but I'm wondering if COVID has changed this for anyone?
